The FIFA World Cup, arguably the most popular sporting event on the planet is less than a year away. An event of this stature and importance should have sponsors rushing towards grabbing rights, but that doesn’t seem to be the case this time around. And things are not looking good for FIFA, world football’s governing body, mired in scandals that have taken a toll on its reputation.
Sport used to be a genteel escape but with telemedeiation and wider reach, it has become more about instant gratification; look at cricket as an example, there has been a major shift in the fan base from watching Test matches to watching T-20 games. Objective – To create innovative integration for Ola with Raabta by showing main lead cast using Ola.
Our Approach – We partnered with Raabta starring Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon. We explored this opportunity with Ola and delivered a seamless & subtle brand integration in a song sequence. Based on traffic reports, people spend 100 minutes in travelling and Ola Play has started playing this content for all its travelers as well for the fans of Raabta film. Ola Play users will be also participating in contests executed by Ola for Raabta which entertain the travellers and get chance to meet their favorite stars. The song has been well received by all the youngsters in social media & the traction from Ola Play has led to a non stop interaction from the Ola play travelers and online users.
